We have over 40 years of expertise in Hotline Customer Support and Training.


UnetOnLine Services offers Local Unions 2 Hotline Phone Support options:


  • Hotline Support Service Subscription packages are $750 per year which includes 14 units.  A unit is defined as an up to 20 minute increment of support assistance given.  The Plan units may additionally be used for staff training, new user training or special project support. 


  • Hotline Support Pay Per Incident cost is $250 for up to 2 hours per incident for your time sensitive support needs. The Per Incident service may additionally be used for staff training, new user training or special project support. 


We take pride our in our timely response and friendly service.  Hotline assistance is available for all time zones in the U.S. and Canada.  Assisting clients with day to day questions on their Labor Affiliated Applications, assisting with printer/scanner trouble shooting and setup as well as support for off the shelf products.


Other support pricing options are available including on-site group session or scheduled Web based GoToMeeting based training sessions. Perfect refresher courses as well as a great introduction to the application for any new staff.  Please contact us to discuss or arrange the specifics based upon your requirements. 


In addition we can provide references guides for the more common areas of the Labor Affiliated application.
